Supplier Discovery & Vetting
We identify wholesale suppliers and distributors across target product categories. Every potential partner is reviewed for product quality, pricing competitiveness, reliability, and compliance with reseller requirements before any relationship is formalized.
Initial Contact & Terms Negotiation
Our procurement team reaches out directly to discuss wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and logistics. We operate with full transparency — no hidden margins or surprise deductions.
Order Fulfillment & Prep
Once terms are agreed, we place purchase orders on a recurring schedule. Inventory is received at our prep center, labeled, and shipped directly into warehouses. Suppliers ship to us — we handle everything downstream.

We track sell-through rates, BSR rankings, and margin performance monthly. Strong-performing categories get increased order volume. We share category performance data with our supplier partners to help them plan production cycles.
